After a great final against Andy Irons, it’s Taj Burrow finally wins the Rip Curl Pro at Bell’s Beach. This victory enables Taj to take the lead of the tour with his aussie mate Mick Fanning. The waves conditions were quite good during the event, especially for big and radical turns.
Some young surfers such as Ben Dunn showed great abilities and won against great surfers of the WCT. We’ll have to wait for the Billabong Pro to see who is going to take the lead, Taj or Mick…

Jeremy Flores: a good start on his first year!
The 19 years old surfer Jeremy Flores is on his first WCT year (WorldChampionTour). He begins his first year very well and finished 9th on the first competition (Quiksilver Pro Goaldcoast in Australia).
Jeremy travels more and more because he is now really on the Tour but he also have the time for coming surf in the Landes because of the great waves.
We can hope his result at Bell’s Beach in Australia will be at least as good as his first one.
